PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE FINISHING YOUR REQUEST:
Reservations are not confirmed until deposit has been received. Please send your deposit promptly. You will initially receive an e-mail indicating availability, total charges, and instructions for payment procedures. Once your deposit is received, we will send you a confirmation and a detailed map to the ranch.

* Cash, check, or Travelers Checks are accepted. (Sorry, no credit cards.)
* Minimum deposit: 50% of reserved stay. Full payment required if reservation is less than five
nights stay. Unpaid balance is due upon arrival.
* Taxes will be added.
* Cancellation policy: If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less 25%. If you must cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be retained unless your reservation is rebooked. (You may wish to purchase travel insurance to protect your deposit.)
* A telephone is available in the Welcome Cabin if needed. Long distance charges must be on your own credit card.
* Pets: We love pets but cannot allow them due to livestock and wildlife at the ranch.
